What would I need to change in the header file to make the title shrink and grow with the page when you change screen sizes?

Honestly could not answer that as my to knowledges images can not grow and shrink. They are a constant size. If you try to place a bigger image than your table size you will see it break your tables unless you constrain it with width and height codes.
