Batch add Keywords
 

It would be nice to be able to edit a category to add keywords throught the admin panel or when setting up a category, have a field for predefined keywords that will be added during the uploads to that category, including the ones the user selected.

However, what is the proper mysql comment to batch add some more keywords and/or replace the current keywords for pics in a category

UPDATE pp_photos SET keywords='something' WHERE cat=504

Maybe something like this

Will that replace or add to the current keywords contained?

thats a replacement command for all keywords stored in the photos table in a certain category.

Will there ever be a admin mod that will allow us to add or change them in bulk per gallery or per picture or should I put a suggestion in?

You should always place suggestions like that in the suggestions forum. Usually to change keywords the user would edit their photo.
