When server goes down

Friday night my webhosts server went down.

It changed / reset A contest I was running over to a gallery and wiped out all the votes. I believe I had a similar issue in the past where it also may have reset the thumnails to a different frame so that people could not uplaod into certain categories????

Is there anything I can do to insure the stability When the server goes down?

well this really has nothing to do with the program it would seem. If your hosts server went down and settings are missing etc it would appear they trashed your server and restored it from there backups. That is why your missing data
