Keywords and admin upload

Are the keywords supposed to apply to every image if you enter some on the upload screen, and apply to every image being uploaded automatically either in regular mode or doing a bulk upload? I can enter keywords when uploading, but none will apply to the uploads when they go to the preview screen before being processed.

If you wish to apply keywords to bulk uploads then on line 138 of bulkupload template add this in bold.

It works on the first part of bulk upload, but once it goes to the next page of bulk upload(after process of uploading more than 10 images at a time), the keywords go blank once again..

In bulkupload.php line 491 add this in bold. The first forward has it the second does not.
