Category listing in admin

How can we get the category listing in admin to show the subcategories underneath them? Can we have a little +/- next to the top category that allows us to expand the listing if we need it?

I did a coppermine import.. Attached is a screen shot of what I see.

You would click the hyperlinked top category to see the subcats. we do not show subcats after you have like 30 cats to prevent page timeouts and printing on and on forever.
