Thumbs up New PhotoPost Owner - Look & Feel of my website!

Hello Everyone

It is me again While waiting to get an answer in my previous post I would like to know how to get this black look of my site as posted in the other forum www.fotobilgi.com is it one of the standard options I can choose?

I also have the following header I want to use but for the life of me can not find how to get it to appear at the top of my website.

http://www.virginiaphotographer.net/...pherheader.jpg

I would like a similar footer at somepoint. I also want to know how to maybe add buttons and other banners if I find sponsors (ie. camera shop, photographer, camera manuafacture etc.)

As always I am very excited about launching this website we have been really enjoying the use of PhotoPost with our local newspaper community website http://www.hrtownsquare.com and thanks for your assistance!

Successfully yours,

George Marsh

well if your using vbulletin the header and style come from vbulletin so I guess if you want a vb style like that you need to make one or purchase one.

whats your gallery link?

Your not using vbulletin with this photopost. You can edit the stylesheet properties under edit stylesheets in admin and create whatever style colors you wish. To load your header make sure the header and footer files in the photopost directory are writable and under global options in admin link to those files via server path like noted and then save. You can then hit edit footer or edit header and place whatever html code you wish in there.

Thumbs up Look and feel of my PhotoPost webpage

Hello again Chuck!

Ok I was wondering if that website I referenced was one of the choosable options in the stylesheet drop down menu as there are like 50 of them, however if I can pick and choose my own colors I will figure that out.

So the header graphic needs to be referenced in a .html file that is referenced as the header or footer. How do I control the width of the overall look and feel of PhotoPost for example when you go to my site http://www.virginiaphotographer.net the site goes all the way across the page vs. the HRTownsquare.com PhotoPost seems to have a left and right indention or is this a control with the VBulletinBoard in conjunction with PhotoPost? I do not want a BulletinBoard as this will be just a photosharing site etc.

Thanks again!

George

Your site looks fine to me there. As far as the style your not going to find vbulletin styles in our product as the site your referencing is one integrated with vbulletin where we load the header footer and style from vbulletin so essentially we do not use our styles or header. You can learn more about css and how to alter your stylesheets here

Thumbs up Thanks!

Hello Chuck!

Thanks I am pleased with the look and feel of it as I have it now. The question I have now is the following an older version of PhotoPost

http://dailypress2.com/photopost/sho...2&limit=recent

I like how it shows additional photos to the right side when you view the photo from recent photos from the main screen. Maybe it has to do with the fact they have their PhotoPost integrated with Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.6.8 I will not be adding a Bulletin Board system to my site but like how that looks? Is it possible?

Thanks PhotoPost is AWESOME and your support and followup has been absolutely fantastic!

Successfully yours,

George

In Admin => Show Photo Options you will see two switches. One is to show the next previous photos on that page make it set to yes and you will see the next options to display it top bottom left or right simply choose right and save your options.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.
