In Admin => Global Options turn off the category cache and see if this helps you. After doing this and viewing your index you should be able to turn it back on.
Thanks Chuck! I turned off the cache and it works fine. However, I have to leave it off as it will revert to the look you saw previously if I turn it back on... Is it okay to leave off or am I missing functionality that way?
It is okay to leave it off. Possibly your category cache insert in the database is not being updated. You could empty the cache table in the photopost database and try turning it back on.
