one user getting error message

hi all.

I have one user--and only one--that is getting this error message:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 79953920) (tried to allocate 28800 bytes) in . . ./gallery/image-inc.php on line 103

i have it set at unlimited space. She is the only one having the problem. Had her delete a bunch of stuff from her space, but no change.

confused blond gal looking for help--really appreciate it!

Try ftping to your photopost directory go to uploads and delete the directories under that uploads directory to clear our user uploads directories it appears there are two many files in her uploads directory and it is clogged. Your system can not hand it and you already have php memory set real high so this should help.

you dont need to backup anything in the uploads directory. You can remove all directories under uploads. You dont want to delete anything under data as thats where your photos are for photopost
