How long does it normally take for you guys to install a gallery and make it match my site?

Just wanted to know so I can let my users know.

Usually same day next day once we recieve the install documentation back from the customer.

So I should be waiting to receive something from you guys. I paid to have it re-installed on my server.

well yes customer service will send you the required paperwork if it has been more than 24hours then you can email then at custserv@photopost.com and inquire.
