looking for ideas to encourage members to select category when uploading

I notice that most of my photos are simply uploaded to a user's Member Gallery rather than a main photopost category. Anyone have some ideas for how to encourage members to select a main category and not simply the members galleries category when uploading?

In Admin, under Edit Settings, Upload Categories Option, make sure you have selected Yes for "allow members to upload to additional categories"
