Time zone offset not working Hi, I am trying to set the time on my PhotoPost gallery (Intergrated with Vbulletin) which was at 0. I want to set it to GMT +8 to reflect Hong Hong time. However, no matter what number I change it to the time stays the same. Help!!! B=0 Thanks. egirl |
Okay if your using vbulletin you handle time in vb. Now the only way to format time correctly with vb is to in photopost admin set the GMT offset to counter any timezone the server is in. So for example if your server is in california which is -8 from GMT then you place an 8 in there. If your server is in hong kong which is 8 hours ahead of GMT then you place a -8 in there. You get the pattern now ;) |
Time zone offset not working Hi Chuck, Yes I now understand :) Thank you very much for your super quick response :D Take care. egirl |
Not a problem. Yeah I think its like vbulletin and invisionboard that both use GMT time where every other program uses server time but hey they wanna be different ;) |
| All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:46 AM. |
