Helpful forum - first install

I would like to thank everyone that posts here in the PhotoPost Installations & Upgrades forum.

I was able to troubleshoot all of my installation errors by searching these forums. Every answer I seeked was there. For a first time user of a product, that is a huge help.

So thanks!

Yes, the search feature is the most unused tool of any support forum. I believe it is the way people use it that makes it so unused. They search broadly about things that are specific. Then when they do not receive the results they expect, they move on to becoming the masses that "post first, search later".

(this guy rocks)
