renewed still no access

I renewed my license via paypal, but still cna't download new version...
is it not instantaneous? or do I wait for confirmation or something?

No it is not instantaneous.

Customer Service will let you know when your renewal has been processed

ps...anyone know how to change the default contact email address for members area? can't find anything to let me.
