Look at your own error messages because your issue is simple. You are not using the correct server paths to your gallery and forum. Try this in that file

$vbpath = "/var/www/vhosts/afboard.com/httpdocs/forum";
$pppath = "/var/www/vhosts/afboard.com/httpdocs/gallery";

Same thing when you installed the application you inputted incorrect server paths.

Edit the config-inc.php file and for the pp_path variable enter the true gallery path

Have you properly gone through install as that states your install has not been done we can not read the photopost database. You sure you just did not wipe out your good config with a bad config trying to fix your pp_path issue?

Our install instructions are here

http://www.photopost.com/installphp.html

You need to input the proper full path to mogrify on your install or select gd2
