cron.php Is there supposed to be a cron.php file in the root of the Classifieds and PhotoPost installation? Or am I just getting 404s in my log due to this being in my vBulletin footer: <!-- Do not remove $cronimage or your scheduled tasks will cease to function --> $cronimage Thanks... |
yes this is a vb thing but I do beleive in later versions of our software we add cron.php to our auto rewrite stuff so I think your using older versions of the software |
I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Classifieds members get informed like 80 days before their ad expires and they get an email daily... Any thoughts on that? :p |
we dont use the cron script in vb so I dont think a vb error has to do with classifieds |
It's not a vBulletin error. I have people complaining that I'm spamming them with an email every day for 80 some odd days stating that their ad is going to expire. They get an email every day like: Your ad is going to expire in 75 days... |
The error you are posting here is from the vbulletin cron trying to run in our footer. If you have some other error you can open a thread in the proper place on that As far as cron.php your solution is to use the latest code for both products. |
