Renew members area access situation
 

Hi!
From the available info seems you check personally each license sale and members area access renewals.
I've renewed my members area access and would like to know if there's any way to speed up that process.
I upgraded vB to 3.6.4 and didn't knew it would break my gallery so I need to be able to download the updated version a.s.a.p.

It can take up to 24 hours to process an order. You can email custserv@photopost.com if you wish to discuss the status of your order. None of us on the support team deal with order processing to be able to help you.

I got an answer after a while but seems they forgot about me... sent a couple of emails hours ago and still no answer... sigh...
