Members are signed in but there not??

Hi,

Very strange, I have members that are signed in and I can see their IP addys in the admin area but their user names are not showing up. And they cannot upload anything. Its like they are unregistered or something.
Any suggestions?

Try making sure they are allowing cookies on there computers as that sounds like they are NOT signed in at all. If they do not allow cookies they will not be signed in

Have her check the cookies in her browser or even better have her take a screenshot of the index of Photopost after logging in and post it here
