How can I place recent ads on the vB3 forum home?

Anyone got the file that needs to be edited or template, iv allready had a look and had no luck let.

Im not the owner, im just doing this work for him, ill try and talk to him to get his log in.
Can i ask whats in that thread? is it files that will make it work etc?
