How long does it take to be verified? I'm trying to fix an issue with my classifeds and finding that any of the threads I try to read I can't even though I used the right e-mail per the announcement.

Slightly irritating to say the least that I can't get support.

Did you read the thread and comply with it. This is a very simple process to follow in order to verify yourself as a customer.
