Vbulletin session errors

Hi, I am getting this error Vbulletin 3.5.0 / PP 5.61

There seems to have been a problem with the mysite database

MySQL Error : Duplicate entry 'c3da71ca0654697340f9f63ccbab6269' for key 1

Any ideas?

Upgrading to the latest vbulletin fixed it, just wasn't to keen on upgrading.
