how members can designate a single image

I haven't quite figured out how to organize the custom fields yet - so i'm wondering how someone would suggest i'd make it possible for members to designate a single photo out of their lot - 1 pic per member for a special page kinda thing.

There is nothing within the code for something like this so you would need to write your own mod or something
