Please Help Issue with Groups

Our photopost and phpbb are connected.

Without realizing it I started adding usergroups in the forum. Then when they could not upload in the gallery I refreshed the usergroups in the Photopost

Now I only have two groups and NO REGUALR users can upload...what do I need to do. HELP!!

Basically when I refreshed it refreshed over the anoyomus and other groups I need a group that catches all those that are not in the two special forum groups.

I am new to photopost so I hope I didn't royally mess this up

I have figured this out and was able to recreate the three missing usergroups
