Windows "saving picture" problem

The pop-up "save as" window (the little one that floats around when you put your pointer on the picture) when a picture is open and you want to save it without "right clicking" is no longer working. Can anyone tell me how to repair/replace the file that allows that function?

I think your talking about Internet Explorer not Photopost. You might want to call Microsoft support if this is the little box your talking about.
