Accessing members area...

How do I access the members support forums? My license number and everything is/was put into my profile and if I click "Members Area" above it automatically logs me in to download and get the documentations, etc.

Just wondering what the time delay is for access? A few hours? Trying to get some upgrade help before I attempt it. lol but says i don't have permission to post.
