Picture a Week

I have PhotoPost 5.31 on a vBulleting 3.6.1 installation and I wan't to run a Picture a Week competition where each person in the competition is allowed to post one picture per week.

My question is what is the best way to handle this in Photopost Pro. I am not really that up to date with categories, but I feel this would have something to do with it?

Any help appreciated.

Why not use the upload limit in Photopost which is a daily upload limit and change the query in uploadphoto to 1 WEEK not 24 HOURS.
