need help with admin login error

i used to get 5+ photos submitted per day and realized recently that dropped to zero. i tried to login and when i login with my admin pass it saus login successful - but when it goes back to index.php there is no link for the admin panel and i have found no way to login.
same for users.

i had somene try to integrate photopost with vbulletin but was unsuccesful - any ideas how to fix?

If you changed your integration you need to backtrack and find out what they did.
