One user can't sort

No matter how she (or we) try to sort, her photos don't budge. Any ideas?

How about some url's for example. There are no sorting issues I am aware of

what version of the software you using? Are these photos sticky?

They WERE stickies! Thanks Chuck! We didn't even realize that photos could be stickied in a gallery. Thanks for your help!
