Very neat, user friendly, and has the features that reviewpost (I'm a current customer) really needs and should address in their next major release, like the alphabetical listings.

I believe that site is using
GARS - Geek Article and Review System
for its reviews.
www.thevbgeek.com
GARS is a pretty versatile package.

Yep, from viewing the source it would appear to be GARS. Geek has done some nice products (I have several GAL licenses).
