What is the difference between PhotoPost and vBGallery?

I purchased PhotoPost and vBulletin license. I am just wondering what would be a difference between PhotoPost and vBGallery?

As I understood vBGallery is plugin to vBulletin. Is the vBGallery+vBulletin has the same functionality as PhotoPost?

For what I am using PhotoPost (family photos), now I see vBGallery would do the same job equally good.
