Angry Shall I write my own review?

Just to say I had sent many emails asking to change my contact email, you had asked to send them from my paypal email and I did, many days ago and I'm waiting for a responde.

NO WAY.

Sales does not respond on the support forum so please keep correspondence with sales@photopost.com or custserv@photopost.com and they will respond to you

However just from 5 minutes with me looking at our helpdesk tickets reveals we have responded to you multiple times asking you to verify yourself with the name of the license holder and there has been no response to either ticket from you either on August 8th or the last one yesterday on August 19th

Now you asked for the license holder name, and his name is Khamis Alsharyani

We sent you the username, password, license number, and now this is the license holder.

What do you want more?
I'm waiting to change my contact email.

Hello I am not sales my friend nothing I can do for you here on the support forum. You need to respond to the tickets you have opened with sales because currently you have not replied to them which is your hold up
