Just to say I had sent many emails asking to change my contact email, you had asked to send them from my paypal email and I did, many days ago and I'm waiting for a responde.
However just from 5 minutes with me looking at our helpdesk tickets reveals we have responded to you multiple times asking you to verify yourself with the name of the license holder and there has been no response to either ticket from you either on August 8th or the last one yesterday on August 19th
