Need some major help

So apparently I cant post in the section this belongs in because in because its locked, so here goes.

My site is www.gravityxp.com and I need some help.

My albums are showing up different, and I need them to all be the same.

http://www.gravityxp.com/photopost53...o=2727&cat=529

that is how i want them, i want to users to view the picture at that size, and then be able to click on the photo to make it larger instead of it automatically being large like this:

http://www.gravityxp.com/photopost53...=10719&cat=551

that is too big for the users to view up front.

the second thing is about my uploading. I upload from my FTP and when i paste in the ftp link, itll up load maybe 20 or so pictures, and then get an error.

So if anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

This will assist you in being verified

Please post a test regular user account here so we can look at the links your displaying or turn off the switch in admin that blocks unregistered users from seeing images

Make sure your medium size is set to how you like in upload options in admin and then you can go to scan database under admin and check off rebuild mediums
