what are some general guidlines

i just had pro installed and was wondering what should i set the registerred users settings at.

the disk space limit
file size limit
uploads per day

my site is still small and im not sure how much limits to give. i dont wanna allow too much right from the beginning.

and is it general practice to allow registered users this feature for free. or do some of you require a paid membership for it, along with other features.

uploads per day 0

max height 768
max width 1024
medium trigger 500
thumbnail 100
