editing standard email

Hi, can anyone tell me how to edit the standard email that users get when their photos are deleted?

I'm also having a really hard time finding any sort of documentation. Uh is there public documentation anywhere?

Documentation is here but there is no documentation on editing or altering files

You would edit the english.php file in the languages directory and change the string that is used for the delete user email
