I am still awaiting my verification after 5 days, I have the correct email, put my license number in my profile and sent PMs to admin.

I have not had any response to this so I am posting this thread for some support.

If there is something I have not done, at least tell me please.

You have not set the forum email to that of the license email when the program was purchased

There is not license for the email your using on the forum.

Verification question:

The owner of the Web Site I Admin has just bought PhotoPost Pro PHP.

However, I actually do the install and other Admin work - so it will be me that needs to post support questions and receive support here.

(We live in different continents with relatively few hours of on-line time overlap - so asking him to post for support will probably mean we'll back out and ask for a refund as it won't be workable for us)

I have added the licence info to my profile here (MontyDog) - but haven't yet been acknowledged as a "Verified Customer" - can someone please advise what else I need to do, please?

It seems this situation (Owner buying, other Admin doing the Admin and thus needing support) - can't be unique, surely?
We seem unable (now) to change the email address associated with our licence - even if Patrick wished to do so.

This is our verification instructions. The forum user who is verified is the user where their forum email matches the license email.
