phpBB & PP on different db, then adding PPR? 3rd db

Hi there, I'm running PP with phpBB on 2 seperate databases. I'm considering PPR. Is is best to keep on a seperate database, therefor having 3 db's?. I have a high traffic site. If I had to put PPR on the same database, which one should I group it with?

PPR?

You mean reviewpost? You can put in in either database but along with Photopost should be fine if your forum is large
