Verified customer

I'm not sure how I can become a verified customer so that I can see the private forusm with the mods. I have a valid Photopost license and I have used the same email address for both. I just now put my Photopost license number in my user CP here. What more do I have to do?

Chuck, it doesn't help. My photopost license and the email I used for this forum are the same. Is there something else I need to do?

Sorry I think you are mistaken here. There are no licenses owned by the email address you are using for your forum email.
