Can you move Gallery from one host ot another?

Ok as I am having some problems with uploading photos in my gallery on my host. I have no idea what else to do.. I do have another Host that has my store on it. HOw hard is it to move my Gallery with out loosing any info? Keep in mind that I am not good at all this tech stuff. I know enough to get me by.


To make a long story short. My host merged with another host and they are doing all kinds of upgrading which is great, but I have been suffering from all the uploads as there is always a problem. That is why I got a site with the new host redid my store on it and took it off the old host. So just wondering about moving the gallery and just dumping the old host.

You would need to first see if your other host is compatible with our software by downloading the file linked on our requirements page and see if that site meets the requirements.

Your other host is fine you just need to get them to turn file uploads ON.
