VB3.5.4 problems

Okay, I have followed all of the directions and am still having issues.

1) Nothing is showing up on my forums index page
2) when I click to view a members photos, it always takes me to my photo area. I want to set it up so that each person has their own album and that others can see their albums. Kind of like myspace.

Are other users uploading photos once they do you will see the members gallery has photos sorted by user and when you click a users gallery it is sorted by there photos like so
