| Viewing pictures isn't working properly
For some reason, you have to be a member to view photos. I don't want this to be the case. I want whoever to be able to go the gallery and view pictures without having to login. In our admin area we have it marked that
Require users to be registered to view images?
no
this is what we have. So i don't understand why its not working properly?
If anyone knows why this is the case please advise.
Thanks
marc

If your not logged in do you see anything?
What I mean is you can also uncheck unregistered users in the category editor in admin and they will not be shown anything.
At any rate you would need to post a url here

Here is the gallery
Only when your logged in, registered, you can view the images.
I need the gallery to be open, and only if you want to upload images do you have to register
Thanks again for the help

You go to Admin => Edit Categories and there is an edit button next to the cat list. You can hit edit on the cats and then you will see the specific cat and can set permissions accordingly for each category.

You need to check off that guests can view the forum
Why do you only have 3 usergroups banned regular and admin? If your using vb3 as your forum looks to me like your short on the usergroups
Try Admin => Edit Usergroups => Refresh Usergroups

Thanks for the help, i did it. Apparantly one of my moderators changed Anonymous to Banned and didn't realize the effect it would have.
How much do you guys charge to upgrade to the latest version?
