| My account is not able to post
After many months off this site, today I try to post a question on the 'How To..." section, but received a message that my useranem/account is not allowd to post there.
I'm missing something? I remmember I was able to post before.
is there any expiration data on the posting privileges?
Thank you

I didn't read that Chuck... sorry..
Well, I read it now, but the problem still:
"We would ask anyone who is a valid license holder that does not see this tag under there username that they update there forum account email to match that of there license so they will show as a verified customer."
The e-mail account I'm using still the same e-mail I had when I bought it, which is the one I'm logged in.
What else could it be?
I went to my profile and just re-type the same e-mail and saved... still not able to post

JUst to add one more info:
if I try to go to members area: https://www.photopost.com/members/members.pl
my username/password is not working and if I try to recover it with my e-mail, I get this message "Email address not in database."

The email your using is not one that is assigned to any license in our system.
Please check your records and try another email account you may have used.

No there is no blocking if you enter a valid email on a license you will be emailed the details from the auth page http://www.photopost.com/auth.html
I know people buy licenses and forget old emails so that is probally the case here especially if you purchased it awhile ago.

you were right: I used a different e-mail account to buy it.
Looks like I could log on at Customers area, but my license expired on Jan/2006 (bummer)...
I means I have no access to the protected areas on the forum or I only cannot donwload the updates?

You should be able to use the forums when you become verified but will be unable to download updates till you renew members access
