Hi Chuck

I need to have a reinstallation done as I have moved servers and hosts and domains of Classifieds but it will not let me open a support ticket and tells me I have no permissions, my understanding being you have not made me a verified customer yet, my email in the members area corresponds with the email used to place the order and always has done so can you please please sort out my verification as I need a reinstall done

You may always post support concerns to support@photopost.com for assistance. Our support forums are locked to verified customers. Your forum email must match the license email in order to become verified.

The reason you are not verified is because the email in use on the forum the hotmail account is not an email of a license owner. You may change this and all will be well.

how do I go about ordering an installation ? I looked at the support tickets thing but that looked more for reporting bugs etc
