Error message

I have one user who has loaded 7 images in spite of repeatedly getting this error message. (Third day in a row she's e-mailed me.) She's irritated as you can imagine.

What can I do for her? What is wrong?

I’ve clicked on the message that says if you don’t want to wait but it doesn’t do anything. Just basically gets stuck on this screen.

Well I don't see an error there.

What size file is she uploading? If she is uploading files larger than your maximum allowed php upload filesize then the upload will be dropped.

I would suggest you set in Admin => Edit Usergroups a max filesize in kb like 1700 cause a default PHP only allows 2048kb uploads.
