I've just reinstalled my comp and i'm trying to log in to my license area. I've requested my log in details but nothing is coming through. Spam folders checked.
Tried twice now, how long does it normally take. Other e-mail is coming through fine.
Check all spam filters any email coming from the license end of things would be sent by either sales@photopost.com or custserv@photopost.com and it is not uncommon to see those types of address's block by spam filters so you might want to add them as authorized senders.
