Problem uploading any images
 

I recently purchased the Photopost program and am starting to configure the various areas of my account. When i try to upload any photos to the system, i always obtain an error message. These have included "Unable to move file" and an issue with Thumbnails. This has prohibited me from uploading any photos to the database. I was wondering if anybody knew of a solution to this problem or if Photopost staff could help me out?

FTP into your webserver:

CHMOD 777
- This will need to be done on the "data" folder.

You would need to CHMOD both the uploads and data directories as well as there children directories at every level to 777.
