New "Verified Customer" Tag Issue

I needed to get some quick information and found the new "Verified Customer" process.

I did as instructed but, when I tried to change my member email to my license email addy, it told me that it's already in use. Therefore I cannot become verified or access the codes I needed. How to correct this issue please?

Hmmm....I asked the system to send my user info/pswd for the email address that was "already in use" and I get this username, which I would never create. Regardless, I still get the codes I need tonite. Woot! But it'd be cool if someone could explain the situation to me.

You just needed the accounts merged cause you had the same username on both sites when the vbadvanced stuff was imported your old account became imported_USERNAME
