I made a mistake in Index options

By mistake I paste a html code into the titlebox of the Announcement box instead of the Announcement box itself.
I was stupid enough to save is and something strange happened.
Anyway, I can't delete it and I can't change the message in the titlebox.
What can I do?

Also, where can I translate the Language of the admin?

You need to actually go into phpmyadmin or database viewer and delete the entry for the title box setting 196 in the settings table of Photopost
