When i buy this package, can i upload videos?

I want the package deal with that.

Which package are you referring to? If you mean one of the gallery packages, then, yes, you can upload videos with it. If you want the videos to play inline then I believe PhotoPost PHP Pro has that feature out-of-the-box but for PhotoPost vBGallery it needs to be done via a hack for now.
