and never got any info on how to get support here .
do I have to pay again?

Every vBGallery user was emailed Monday Evening with there member's login details. Sometimes spam filters eat email as a few users have found

Hello Redspider , did you get things sorted out?
just curious but i have been trying to retrieve details but do not receive any emails from the system.

of you havnt either then it may point to a small email issue?
