PhotoPost and PhotoPostDev to be merged

Just giving everyone a heads-up; we're going to merge the PhotopostDev website into this one as a new section which will appear at the bottom of the support forums; it will be The Mod Corner and have sections for each product.

Our only concern is that people will interpert the section as a "moderator supported" section, so we will do our best to make sure that people understand that it's a community-based effort, not one that is a "request for mods" with the expectation that Moderators will do the work.

I hope that this effort will be a benefit for all our users and will be used in the spirit in which it is provided. I plan to offer what Mods I can to users and hope that others will share their efforts as well.
